Convenient location - close to everything we needed. We stayed in a twin room that had recently been renovated and was a good size, complete with a balcony. 🌟.

This hotel offers well-maintained and modern rooms with a balcony and comfy beds. Tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware are a nice touch. Perfect and excellent location, it's set close to shops/Restaurants, the clubhouse and a beautiful green lush golf club.

The room was beautifully maintained, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities. It also included a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. the location was magnificent and unbeatable, conveniently close to Queensland, shops, and theme parks.

Unfortunately I was only there for a brief personal business visit, so I was unable to sample all the amenities, but I did manage an excellent massage. All the staff I had contact with were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I hope to return for a holiday in the future.

The location of the hotel is only a short drive to pacific fair, Robina and surface paradise. The golf coarse is stunning and the restaurants attached to the hotel catered for all. The hotel service was excellent and the accommodation of a hight standard and very reasonably priced. Either for a conference, special occasion or simply to get away I would recommend the Royal Pines Resort to all.

Nothing, however I would have liked a detailing service done on the car while I was there.... Only because I never get the time to do it myself.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my perfect 1 night stay here. the rooms were high-class and recently renovated with access to the executive lounge. Big beds. the location was perfect. A well-known wall was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Although we only stayed due to Attending a wedding, the service, location and price made it a really enjoyable lovely weekend. Rooms were lovely and light, great view. Really loved the hotel. Would consider coming for a family weekend although we only live locally.

Nothing I really didn't like. Only that the booking we had only accommodated two doubles. Would be good if you offered that as a king.

The service is perfect. the room is luxurious and has good facilities. the resort offers great views. the location is near the beautiful golf course, Amici restaurant, and clubhouse. the pool area is heated.

I could not find fault with the service. I lost my sunglasses and was impressed with the effort to find them for me, particurlarly the lady from housekeeping.

We attend all the Birdies Day Out and would like a special package put together for them. We come down from Brisbane and like to come down the day before. At xmas we will stay for three days.

We liked everything about our experience. A special mention must be made of the staff..all staff we encountered were friendly, professional, welcoming...nothing was a bother. We felt we made friends with them and are sorry we wont see them again for sometime, being from wa we can't afford to visit Queensland often. Your staff are wonderful ambassadors for your organisation, State and Australia. This isn't just our opinion the guests we spoke to all said the same. Some Aussies get a bad name for our lack of service, not so Royal Pines they compare favourably with any country. Well done and thank you.
